Mike and Mary live in northwest Wisconsin and love spending time outdoors, exploring new places, and learning new things. They started producing maple syrup in 2012 from a starter kit that included just three taps and buckets. Although they produced just a few pints of syrup that first year, they were hooked. Every year since, they've expanded their operation which now includes a modern stainless steel evaporator, filter, and bottler. With an abundance of maple syrup they decided to focus their efforts on production for a good cause and the BeeznTreez.org charitable fund was born. In November of 2022 they broke ground on a new maple syrup processing facility that they hope to have running before the 2023 season.
